That pic shows a crazy amount of peeling, almost like a defective original base under the paint. Frequent beaching would not look like that, would it? -

Well, I did not "slather it up good" with anti-seize, but I did put a thin coat on the surface where the impeller contacts the washer and tightened it to 240 ft lbs....Leave a comment:
