Look in the service manual, there's a top and bottom to the gasket and it has to be torqued to spec in the order of the numbers at the bolt holes....

I use wheel bearing grease, but anything along those lines works. Also, make sure the gasket is installed properly.

Grease both sides of the head gasket, torque the head to spec via the torque sequence on the head and step torque accordingly.

It's a pressed together crank and would have to be pulled apart to be fixed anyway.

Check ebay and call WFO, he may have something sitting around.

You should be able to pick up a good crank reasonably. Call WFO and see what he has.

I'd ask a crank-truing company, I would imagine the weld could be ground out and then be re-welded.
