Solenoid question
I read somewhere as a temporary fix or to test the ski you can use a lawnmower solenoid. I am trying to use this as I belive my solenoid is bad. What are the 2 side wires coming... -

Is this my engine ground wire or the wires going to the stator? A group if wires look burned. Just picked up the ski. On the left side of the engine... -
